Amato's Pizza takes health and ingredients very seriously, so we use unbromated, unbleached flour for our handmade dough. Unbromated flour is regular flour that does not contain bromate, bleach, or any other additives. The use of potassium bromate results in residual concentrations in bread having unhealthy effects. Potassium bromate is a possible human carcinogen, and several organizations, and countries have banned its use as a flour additive. Even though working with unbromated flour takes more time, it is a safer and healthier choice. Currently we do not offer delivery. We are take-out only.

Yes! Amato’s Pizza does offer par-baking pies when requested. 

A special order includes 5+ pies and can be placed outside of business hours as long as 24-hour notice is given. We ask you to email us at eat@amatospizzashop.com with your order details as well as your contact information.

Amato's Pizza offers a delicious 10" Gluten-free cauliflower crust!

A Sicilian pie is cooked in a square pan with olive oil, but the key difference is in the dough. For Sicilian pizza, the dough needs extra time to rise, resulting in a softer, airy crust layer than the standard regular pie.
